User agreement for the Snappy service

1. General
This User Agreement (the Agreement) is a public offer under Russian civil law and governs use of Snappy (the Service), available at snappy-ai.ru and in the Android app.
Provider: individual entrepreneur Petrov Roman Anatolyevich (INN 120303712676, OGRNIP 326120000032431).
Acceptance occurs by registering an account, starting to use the Service and/or paying for paid features. The Agreement is deemed concluded upon acceptance.
Personal data policy: Privacy policy.
2. Description of the Service
Snappy is a universal AI assistant for text, images, photos, audio, planning and related tasks. Results are generated automatically using artificial intelligence.
The Provider may change functionality, interface and technical requirements without prior notice.
3. Registration and account
Some features require registration. You must:
- be at least 18 years old;
- provide a valid email address;
- keep your password confidential and not share account access with third parties.
The Provider may refuse registration or restrict access without stating reasons.
4. Acceptable use
You must not:
- use the Service for purposes that violate applicable law;
- upload or generate unlawful, offensive or defamatory content, or content that infringes third-party rights;
- submit third parties’ personal data without a lawful basis;
- send spam or malware, or attempt unauthorized access to systems;
- bypass technical limits, decompile or otherwise reverse-engineer the Service software;
- share account access or use the Service on behalf of third parties without the Provider’s consent.
5. User content and intellectual property
You retain rights to content you submit. To provide the Service, you grant the Provider a non-exclusive right to process content as needed to perform your task (storage, transfer to AI providers, display in your account).
You warrant that you have the necessary rights to your content and that its use does not violate law or third-party rights.
The Service software, design, structure and Snappy brand belong to the Provider. You receive a limited right to use the Service for personal or professional purposes within its functionality, without sublicensing.
6. AI limitations
AI results are provided “as is”. They may contain errors, inaccuracies or fabricated information (“hallucinations”). The Service is not legal, medical, financial or other professional advice.
You must independently verify results before use, publication or sharing and bear responsibility for consequences.
Transfer of data to AI providers is described in the Privacy policy.
7. Paid services
Paid services of the Service are paid through the User’s internal balance: the User tops up the balance, and the cost of artificial intelligence requests is charged from that balance. An order for paid services is placed by registering an account and topping up the balance.
7.1. Balance top-up and payment
The balance is topped up in Russian rubles via the Robokassa payment service. Available payment methods are shown on the Robokassa payment page. Top-up amounts range from 50 to 5,000 rubles; current limits are also shown in the Service interface before payment. Top-up is a one-time payment.
The balance is used only to pay for the Service. It is not a bank account or an electronic payment instrument for settlements with third parties, and it is not intended for withdrawals, except for refunds under this Agreement and applicable law.
The Provider’s obligation to credit the payment to the balance is deemed fulfilled when funds are credited after the payment service confirms the payment. Until crediting, Service features that require a positive balance may be unavailable.
7.2. Price and charges for AI requests
When an AI request is performed, a fee for that request is charged from the balance. The charge equals the actual cost of the AI provider call via AiTunnel (base cost), increased by the Provider’s remuneration of 25%. The result is rounded to kopecks.
Current AiTunnel models and prices are published at aitunnel.ru/models and are a guide. The charge is the actual cost of the specific AiTunnel request, increased by 25%.
Charges apply to requests that were actually performed. If the balance is zero or insufficient, the relevant features may be restricted until the balance is topped up.
7.3. How services are provided
The Service is provided remotely in electronic form. After the payment service confirms payment, the balance is credited automatically. An AI request is performed online immediately when you send the request, if the balance is sufficient. The result is shown in your account interface. There is no physical delivery of goods.
7.4. Cancellation and refunds
Mandatory consumer protection rules under Russian law apply.
You may cancel a paid service before it starts — before the first AI charge after the relevant top-up. In that case, the unused balance credited for that payment is refunded (or other unused balance to the extent required by law).
If part of the services has already been provided (AI requests already performed and paid from the balance), only the unused balance is refunded. The cost of AI requests already provided is not refunded, because it is the price of the service already rendered, unless otherwise required by law.
Refund process:
- Email hello@snappy-ai.ru with the subject “Refund”.
- Include your account email, payment date and amount (and payment ID if available), and the reason for the request.
- The Provider reviews the request and, if approved, returns the funds via the same payment method within the period required by law (typically no later than 10 calendar days from receiving complete information).
Refunds are not reduced by payment-service or bank fees deducted from the amount due to the User.
8. Suspension and termination
The Provider may suspend or terminate access for breach of the Agreement without prior notice.
You may stop using the Service at any time. Account and data deletion — upon request to privacy@snappy-ai.ru.
9. Liability
The Service is provided “as is”. The Provider does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free performance or that results will meet your expectations.
The Provider is not liable for:
- indirect damages, lost profits, data loss or reputational harm;
- content of AI responses and consequences of your use;
- acts or omissions of AI providers, hosting or other third parties.
The Provider’s total liability for any claims relating to the Service is limited to the amount you actually paid for the Service in the preceding 12 months, unless a higher limit is required by mandatory law. For free use, that amount is zero, without prejudice to consumer rights established by law.
You indemnify the Provider for losses arising from your breach of the Agreement or third-party rights, to the extent permitted by law.
10. Force majeure
Parties are relieved from liability for failure to perform due to force majeure for the duration of such circumstances.
11. Changes
The Provider may amend the Agreement by publishing a new version on this page. Continued use after publication means acceptance of the updated terms.
12. Governing law and contact
The laws of the Russian Federation apply.
